Design Engineer (m/f/x)

We are looking for full-time support for our young and dynamic design team.

Your tasks:

• You will develop and design stamping and bending tools, tools and devices for the production of technical springs, connecting elements, assembly modules or electronic components, among other things, which are manufactured in our own tool shop.
• You will advise our customers and partners on the production-optimized design of products and on efficient and resource-saving production technology.
• You will be involved in concept development and prepare quotations for punching and punching-bending tools.
• You will accompany the designed tools through to series production and beyond. You will be in close contact with toolmaking and production and ensure continuous improvement of the design methodology.

Our requirements:

• You have a technical college degree in design engineering, a state-certified technician or a university degree with a focus on design engineering.
• You have professional experience in the field of design, ideally in tool design for stamping and stamping-bending processes.
• You can work confidently and efficiently with 3D software.
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of Siemens NX design software.
• You are willing to learn, solution-oriented and a team player.
